Eating unhealthy foods will hurt your fertility and make it more difficult for you to conceive overall.
Practice Good Habits:
There are many things you should cut out when you are trying to conceive, and we don’t just mean food-wise. For example, alcohol can harm a developing baby, so cutting it out while you are trying to conceive is a good idea. If you smoke or use recreational drugs, those are harmful to both yourself and an unborn baby so make sure to cut that out as well to improve your chances of getting pregnant.
