Making the most out of summer.

Summer is around the block but because of my family’s busy schedules, we could not afford to go to the beach and have a grand vacation. Thus, we try our best to make the most out of summer by having fun while we are at home. We call it, “stay-cation.” And personally, I like it this way because we still get to enjoy ourselves though we are at home. More than that, we do not need to spend too much.

My mother and I decided to buy a temporary indoor pool to be used this coming Saturday. My brother told me that he will be in charge of the sound system so our little stay-cation will rock. My older sister, on the other hand, will prepare the food that we will eat.

My designation will be to make sure that after we take a dip in the pool, the fun will not stop. I will prepare movies to watch and some games to play. Since we are at home, we cannot do very strenuous games. Thus, we have decided to do what each of us enjoys a lot – BINGO GAMES. I searched through the internet and realized that bingo games are made more exciting online.
This is what I love about my family. We do not wait till our schedules meet, instead, we make things happen. I am looking forward to our party this Saturday and I am sure that all of us will have the time of our lives.

so we are also in stay-cation, love the way you called it, and we have also that pool, I just hate it that it will took an hour just to fill it and will consumed half day just to throw the water

your post reminds me to buy s pool for my youngest this summer.Summer here is really hot and going to the lake is not possible so pool will be the best alternative.

That sounds like loads of fun!!! Hahahaha To be honest, I like staying at home more than going on grand vacations It’s great to just spend time with family in the comforts of your own home.

I like going out, but I enjoy staying at home too especially when I get to bond with my family.. It’s so cool that you got an indoor pool. Wish we can have one too ’cause at times I get bored with movie marathons at home.. ^^;

wow.. balitaan mo kami with all the happenings this coming weekend! We seldom go to out of town trips too. usually, malling lang ginagawa namin.. and more often than not, we stay at home.. and do our own business. so yea,. D have fun!
