Greenfield City Newest Milestone Trava And Zadia

Last May 26, 2018, Greenfield City unveiled some of its development  milestones which are Trava and Zadia that are both positioned to be new additions to the master-planned city’s eco-friendly and innovative residential portfolio. The unveiling happened at the 450-hectare Greenfield City, Sta Rosa, Laguna.

Atty. Duane A. X. Santos, executive vice president and general manager of Greenfield Development Corporation said, “Launching some of the newest milestone at Greenfield City gains significance for us at Greenfield, as they validate that we are on the right track in supporting the urbanization and progress of Sta. Rosa, Laguna which is already home to important business parks and industrial zones that help steer economic momentum in Metro Manila”.

Greenfield continues to prioritize making Greenfield City the best alternative place to live, work, and play outside the overcrowded Metro Manila with new developments in the pipeline for the year. They already showcased sough-after pioneer outlet malls and al fresco shopping malls called Paseo. By 2019, more than 30,000 sqm of new retail leasable space will be added. They also added a fresh produce market and more establishments like sports brands, signature labels, bars, clinics and hair salons. Their latest addition will feature a two-level car park structure with one-level wrap around retails establishment.

Greenfield also completed the alternate route of Eton-Greenfield Interchange in Malitlit town, as well as the Greenfield City-Unilab (formerly Mamplasan) and Sta. Rosa interchanges to improve ease of access in going in and around Sta. Rosa, Laguna.


One of the Greenfield City’s newest residential concepts is Trava. It is the first luxurious, high-end subdivision that is the flagship project of Greenfield Deluxe, Greenfield’s new upscale brand. Its 31-hectare horizontal development allots almost half of its land area to verdant, open spaces. Trava provides unparalleled quality living and most importantly, sough-after energy efficiency.
